 "Lara was the celebrant for my Nana's funeral in November. She went above and beyond to help my Dad and the rest of the family give my Nana the most special send off. 

Tragically, my Dad suddenly passed away just 2 months after his mum. We knew straight away we wanted Lara to be the celebrant for his service as we all, including my Dad, thought she was amazing.

My sister and I found it difficult to find a poem that was personal to us and our Dad, so Lara took the initiative to write one on our behalf. The poem she wrote was the most perfect tribute to our Dad and something we will treasure forever.

The service was perfect, exactly what we wanted for him. Lara was absolutely amazing. Everyone at the wake commented on ho beautifully Lara had conducted it and were blown away by the poem.

We will forever be grateful to her for helping us at this extremely painful time in our lives. Lara is so talented and is 100% in the right career."

 "Lara officiated our Dad's celebration of life earlier this year. His wishes were for a humanist service, and Mum recalled the lovely lady called Lara who led her friend's funeral last year.  We reached out to Lara and she came to meet us the very next day. She gently guided us through sharing lots of fun stories and memories about our Dad - before we knew it we had spent a couple of hours laughing and crying...

 When we sat down to read Lara's draft script there were tears - it was just like she had known our Dad....The entire service was an amazing tribute to our Dad. We received so many compliments from family and friends about the service and have no hesitation in recommending Lara."

 "Lara was our dads celebrant at his funeral. From the moment Lara met with us at our home we felt at ease. Having lost the most important person in our lives... my dad ...we needed to be lucky with a celebrant who could instantly capture what his life was before he passed. He wasn't just a madeup person he had been the go to for all of us. We chatted for a few hours and it was lovely sharing our most treasured funny moments with Lara. Until a funeral is had it hasn't hit the family fully so for us Lara being in our home just felt like we were having a natter with a friend whilst dad was in hospital. Over the next few days Lara answered every whatsapp message instantly. She sent me a draft of everything she was doing which we could amend and talked us through the service. We couldn't have wished for a better celebrant. For us I think as dad was so overloaded with daughters and my mum it was actually nice having a female celebrant. Dad would have liked that. The service was talked about lots after. Everyone couldn't believe how a celebrant who has never met the person depicted him exactly how he was. His true funny character. We would like to thank Lara for the true send off he deserved. The fact we could relax knowing we didn't need to worry or stress was a huge thing at such a difficult time. Thankyou. "
